▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material involves adding 0.005-1 part mass hydrochloric acid-doped polyaniline-modified carbon nanotubes to 1 part mass graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, mixing uniformly, reacting at 60-70 degrees C, adding 10 parts mass L-ascorbic acid, reacting at 80-100 degrees C, soaking the resultant reaction mixture in 500-700 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia for 1-2 hours, filtering the resultant material, washing, drying, obtaining modified graphene, mixing 100 parts mass thermosetting resin with 0.757-2.25 parts mass modified graphene and curing. USE - Preparation of modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material having excellent electrical property, high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss and low percolation threshold. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified graphene/thermosetting resin composite material involves adding 0.005-1 part mass hydrochloric acid-doped polyaniline-modified carbon nanotubes to 1 part mass graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, mixing uniformly, reacting at 60-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours, adding 10 parts mass L-ascorbic acid, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, soaking the resultant reaction mixture in 1 mol/L 500-700 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia for 1-2 hours, filtering the resultant material, washing, drying, obtaining modified graphene, mixing 100 parts mass molten thermosetting resin with 0.757-2.25 parts mass modified graphene and curing.
