NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene film anode material involves coating 0.05-5 %mass graphene oxide solution on a substrate, drying the coating under vacuum pressure of 50 kPa at 60 degrees C, and carrying out chemical reduction or high-temperature thermal reduction of the dried film. USE - Preparation of graphene film anode material for aluminum ion battery (claimed) used as flexible energy storage material for various devices. ADVANTAGE - The method produces anode material capable of providing batteries having stable performance at -40 degrees C to 120 degrees C and electrochemical performance even after 10 hours, and 91% performance retention even after 250000 cycles. The method is simple, controllable, continuous, economical, and suitable for large scale production. The aluminum ion battery produced has high power density, improved energy density, safety, long service life, and wide temperature application range.
