NOVELTY - Polyphenylene sulfide-based electromagnetic shielding composite material comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 10-40 pts. wt. polyarylene sulfide sulfone, and 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene nanosheets, where composite material having a double percolation structure. USE - Polyphenylene sulfide-based electromagnetic shielding composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyphenylene sulfide-based electromagnetic shielding composite material has simple, low cost, easy to realize, suitable for large scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyphenylene sulfide-based electromagnetic shielding composite material, which involves: (A) dispersing the graphene nanosheet in the polyarylene sulfide sulfone to obtain a conductive excess permeating the phase; (B) coating the conductive percolation phase on the surface of the polyphenylene sulfide particles to obtain composite particles; and (C) hot pressing the composite particles to obtain a polyphenylene sulfide based electromagnetic shielding composite material.
