ADVANTAGE - The core-shell composite antibacterial material has excellent water solubility, stability and antibacterial effect, and can be prepared industrially by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of core-shell composite antibacterial material, which involves heating and melting citric acid, adjusting the pH to 6-8 with an alkaline solution to prepare an aqueous solution (A), dissolving ferric chloride in ethylene glycol, stirring, adding the solution (A), uniformly stirring, adding sodium acetate to prepare graphene quantum dot-doped iron oxide complex, and adding Tollen's reagent.
