NOVELTY - The tool has a clamping mechanism comprising a rectangular groove on central position of upper surface of base. A placing groove (32) is fixedly installed with a hydraulic rod (34) whose output end is fixedly installed with a storage box (35). One end of the storage box away from placing groove is provided with a discharging port (36). A discharging pipe (37) is communicated with a rectangular box (38) that is provided with a first partition board (39). A back side of inner wall of the box close to the placing groove is fixedly installed with a heater (310). A front side of the inner wall of the box close to the placing groove is fixedly installed with a refrigerator (311). The heater and the refrigerator are in fixed communication with the first partition board through a transfer pipe. USE - Radiating sheet machine processing tool for heat fusion location. ADVANTAGE - The tool provides a heat-melting location of the radiating machine processing tool, so that the stability of the fixing of a radiating fin can be improved, thus avoiding occurrence of deformation of the fin in a grinding process. The tool avoids the hot melt adhesive from flowing out of the adhesive when performing hot melting to a processing component. The clapboard is made of graphene material so as to raise and reduce temperature of the heat fusion adhesive, thus improving working efficiency of the tool.
