▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing micro wire involves preparing source solution containing polymer, solvent, and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) having hygroscopicity to absorb moisture and solubility to be dissolved by absorbed moisture under dry environment, condensing source solution and stretching the condensed source solution in one direction, and repeatedly performing condensation and stretching, performing evaporation of moisture in solvent. The polymer and rGO is solidified. USE - Method for manufacturing micro wire. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture micro wire that has excellent electrical conductivity and bonding strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a micro wire manufacturing apparatus, which comprises first base, second base spaced apart from the first base, providing source solution on one of the first base and second base, dissolving soluble polymer in absorbed moisture, solvent, and rGO, guide rail for moving the first base and second base; and (2) a composite sensor using microwire, which comprises first electrode, second electrode spaced apart from first electrode, providing microwire in electrical path of first and second electrodes, polymer has hygroscopicity to absorb moisture and solubility to be dissolved by the absorbed moisture.
