▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lock rod coating comprises 100-120 pts. wt. environmentally friendly resin, 20-50 pts. wt. filler, 8-12 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. curing agent, and 40-50 pts. wt. water. The filler includes zinc powder, aluminum powder, silicon dioxide, and graphene, where the weight ratio zinc powder, aluminum powder, silicon dioxide, and graphene is 1:1:0.5-1:0.2-0.5. USE - Used as lock rod coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: improves anticorrosion performance, and adhesive force of material; has good neutral salt mist acid-resistant salt mist the corrosion resistance; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing lock rod coating comprising (a) providing above raw materials, (b) adding filler, water, curing agent into high speed stirrer to stirring uniformly, and (c) adding environmentally friendly resin into stirrer, adding dispersant, stirring for dispersing uniformly to obtain coating of lock rod; and (2) spraying method for coating of lock rod comprising (A) removing peeled, bulging old coating or thick rust layer on the surface of the lock rod, polishing and rinsing with water, (B) spraying coating on rust layer of the lock rod, the strong old coating layer, and the welding seam for preliminary treatment, can fully penetrate and transform, then coating entire surface of the lock rod together with the preliminarily treated parts to form the first protective film, and (C) drying surface of the first protective film, applying second protective film, and then drying at 40-45degrees Celsius for 20-24 hours to complete anti-corrosion treatment on surface of lock rod.
