NOVELTY - Preparation of repairing carbon-coated silicon-based negative electrode material involves (s1) uniformly mixing a carbon source precursor and silicon-based negative electrode material raw powder, and heat-treating at 500-1100℃ for 1.5-10 hours to obtain a composite material, and (s2) uniformly mixing composite material with a repairing agent in a solvent, removing the solvent, and heat-preserving for 1-6 hours at 700-1200℃ under protection of inert gas. USE - Preparation of repairing carbon-coated silicon-based material used in negative electrode for lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The repairing carbon-coated silicon-based material can perform secondary repair on silicon-based material particles, form a complete coating layer on its surface, reduce the resistivity of the material, reduce contact with the electrolyte, optimize the carbon structure, and improve the cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of repairing carbon-coated silicon-based negative electrode material involves (s1) uniformly mixing a carbon source precursor and silicon-based negative electrode material raw powder, and heat-treating at 500-1100℃ for 1.5-10 hours to obtain a composite material, (s2) uniformly mixing composite material with a repairing agent in a solvent, removing the solvent, and heat-preserving for 1-6 hours at 700-1200℃ under protection of inert gas to obtain product. The carbon source precursor is an organic pyrolytic carbon source. The silicon-based negative electrode material raw powder is silicon oxide or consists of silicon and silicon oxide. The molar ratio of oxygen to silicon in silicon-based negative electrode material raw powder is 0.1-1.9:1. The repairing agent is at least one of fulvic acid, brown humic acid, fulvic acid, black humic acid, humic acid, alginic acid, malic acid, tannic acid, mandelic acid, caffeic acid, methyl cinnamate, modified epoxy resin, modified acrylic resin, modified alkyd resin, melatonin, β-phenyl propionic acid, anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonate, Supelite™ DAX-8(RTM: nonfunctional resin with strong hydrophobic organic matter endorsed to humic and fulvic acids), EPA 8020B (aromatic volatile organics), Amberlite® XAD7HP(RTM: polymeric adsorbent), and nanometer graphene oxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for repairing carbon-coated silicon-based negative electrode material.
