NOVELTY - Self-lubricating lock core having surface with 20-30 mu m thickness plasma sprayed nano hexagonal boron nitride (nano h-BN) and graphene coating, is claimed. USE - Used as self-lubricating lock core having surface with 20-30 mu m thickness plasma sprayed nano hexagonal boron nitride and graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: reduces friction coefficient and wear rate; has lower friction coefficient, and better abrasion resistance; and reduces wear rate by more than 50% under each load.
