NOVELTY - An electric brush preparing method involves mixing base powder containing graphene aqueous solution and binder under heating conditions uniformly and cooling to obtain a brush raw material mixture containing the graphene aqueous solution. The brush raw material mixture containing graphene aqueous solution is dried and crushed into raw material mixture powder having a particle size of less than 80 meshes. The raw material mixture powder is pressed, subjected to hot roasting treatment, cooled and processed to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing electric brush for electric tool motor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing electric brush with good reversing performance, good product stability, excellent wear resistance and anti- electromagnetic interference.
