NOVELTY - Preparing triple artificial mimetic enzyme involves mixing chloroauric acid (HAuCL4) solution and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), adding sodium borohydride (NaBH4) solution to obtain seed solution of gold nano rod, mixing HAuCL4solution and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide solution, adding silver nitrate (AgNO3) solution and holey reduced graphene oxide (H-RGO), adding reducing agent, adding seed solution of gold nano-rod, reacting to obtain graphene oxide-gold (GO-Au), and connecting MP-11 on GO-Au to obtain triple artificial mimic enzyme. USE - Method for preparing triple artificial mimetic enzyme used for detecting homocysteine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to replace natural peroxidase, and have high-sensitively detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a use of triple artificial mimic enzyme for detecting homocysteine.
