▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity polytetrafluoroethylene composite material involves mixing polytetrafluoroethylene, graphene, kerosene and silane coupling agent to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene composite; pressing polytetrafluoroethylene composite material into shape to obtain polytetrafluoroethylene composite green embryo; raising temperature of polytetrafluoroethylene composite green embryo, sintering and then cooling down. USE - Method for preparing high thermal conductivity polytetrafluoroethylene composite material used in thermal conductivity material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to change polytetrafluoroethylene composite material from amorphous to crystalline which makes combination of polytetrafluoroethylene and graphene more stable, and obtains composite with excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high thermal conductivity polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, which comprises 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent.
