NOVELTY - The battery has a single crystal silicon substrate formed with a p-type or n-type silicon nano-passivation film. The p-type or n-type silicon nano-passivation film is arranged with a doped amorphous silicon thin film. A graphite film is adhered with a transparent conducting oxide (TCO) film. The TCO film is placed with a metal gate electrode. A mono-crystalline silicon substrate i.e. n-type single crystal silicon substrate or p-type mono-crystalline silicon substrate, is placed with a back electrode. Diameter of a p-type or n-type silicon nano column is 50-4000nm. USE - Graphene radial direction heterojunction solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery is simple in structure, and reduces production cost and improves working efficiency, and has better temperature stability and wide range application.
