▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An asphalt seal coating film waterproofing material comprises 10-20 wt.% mixture (A), 10-20 wt.% asphalt binder modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene oxide (GO), 3-10 wt.% glycol oil, 3-10 wt.% propoxylate, 8-13 wt.% light calcium carbonate, 3-15 wt.% thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), 1-20 wt.% petroleum resin, 5-10 wt.% synthetic rubber, 1-3 wt. fumed silica and 5-15 wt.% inorganic filler. The mixture (A) contains at least one of paraffin oil and aromatic oil, and polyethylene wax in a weight ratio of 70-80:20-30. USE - Asphalt seal coating film material for composite waterproofing (claimed) for underground structures, roofs of buildings, exterior walls and floors. ADVANTAGE - The waterproofing material forms coating layer to conform to the behavior of the base surface, strengthens the bondability between the waterproofing film and the waterproofing sheet in the composite waterproofing method, improves tear strength, waterproofing performance, heat shielding effect and insulation effect, delays volatilization of volatile substances, prevents water leakage and dripping even in vertical construction, does not produce pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and fine dust due to reduction of generation of carbon dioxide, and prevents oxidation and increases durability of the building. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composite waterproofing method, which involves removing foreign substances from a base surface, leveling and uniformly applying an asphalt primer to form a primer layer, forming a seal coating layer by applying the waterproofing material on the primer layer, installing a nonwoven fabric on the seal coating layer, and forming a sheet layer by attaching an asphalt sheet from which a release paper is removed to the upper portion of the fabric.
