▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing insulating graphene thermally conductive gasket comprises (i) using modifier with amino groups to prepare a dispersion, and taking the dispersion to modify the insulating filler to obtain a modified insulating filler with a positive charge on the surface; (ii) using the principle of electrostatic self-assembly, modifying graphene oxide with modified insulating filler to obtain an insulating and thermally conductive filler coated with graphene oxide, using reducing agent to chemically reduce the insulating and thermally conductive filler to obtain a hybrid insulating and thermally conductive filler; and (iii) taking the hybrid insulating thermal conductive filler and liquid vulcanized silicone rubber to compound, after compounding, using an orienter to defoam and orientate, then vulcanize, and cutting in a direction perpendicular to the orientation direction after vulcanization to obtain a thermally conductive gasket. USE - The method is useful for preparing insulating graphene thermally conductive gasket. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the heat-conducting performance and insulating performance of the product.
