NOVELTY - Preparing uniformly heated ceramic crucible involves adding 16.11% aluminum, 20.19% feldspar, 38.21% steatite, 25.49% graphene oxide powder and raw material to remove impurity, taking talcum and feldspar in kiln furnace for calcining and grinding. The water is added to dilute and mixed uniformly. The mixture is placed into kiln and clinker, calcined for 5 hours and cooling. The prepared aluminum powder is placed in aluminum powder ball mill. The proper amount of graphene oxide powder is taken and put into suitable container. The water is added to stir uniformly, and ultrasonic oscillation is performed for 5 hours to improve dispersibility. The prepared mixed material, aluminum powder and oxide graphene suspension are mixed. The mixed solution is stirred and irradiated for 24 hours. The far infrared ray is used. The oxidized graphene is converted into graphene, and attached on surface of aluminum powder to combine with aluminum powder. The clinker is used for grinding. USE - Method for preparing uniformly heated ceramic crucible. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare uniformly heated ceramic crucible that improves food cooking quality, saves energy, and in eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The frit powder is added and stirred. The mixed material is mixed in suspension to adjust water content to prepare slurry. The slurry is used into proper shape of ceramic cooker blank, mol, dried and placed in shady place. The 3.31% pyrophyllite, 2.17% borocalcite, 10.8% ascharite, 33.2% limestone, 8.1% quartz sand, 15.04% dolomite and 27.38% asbestos and raw material are added to remove impurity. The proper amount of pyrophyllite, colemanite, ascharite, quartz sand, limestone and dolomite is taken into kiln to calcine after grinding. The water is added to dilute and mixed. The block is placed into kiln and calcined for 4 hours, cooled naturally and grinded. The frit powder and asbestos powder is palced into proper container, mixed and proper amount of water is added to prepare glazewater. The green ceramic pot is used to glaze enameling water. The obtained product is molded and fired in kiln.
