▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant high-strength graphene-modified casting aluminum-silicon alloy comprises 5-9 wt.% silicon, 0.3-0.7 wt.% manganese, 0.01-0.1 wt.% graphene, ≤0.2 wt.% unavoidable impurities, and the balance is aluminum. The preparation method of the alloy includes (a) melting commercial pure aluminum and Al20Si master alloy at 780-800°C, heating, adding commercial pure magnesium, melting, allowing to stand, adding graphene, stirring, contacting the ultrasonic probe to the liquid surface, lowering the ultrasonic probe to touch the liquid surface 10-15 cm, ultrasonically vibrating to obtain aluminum-silicon alloy melt 1, adding C2Cl6 and KF refining agent for refining, carrying out degassing and impurity removal refining treatment to obtain aluminum-silicon alloy melt 2, (b) casting the aluminum-silicon alloy melt 2 into a preheated iron mold, and solidifying to obtain alloy ingot, (c) carrying out T6 heat treatment to the alloy ingot, and quenching. USE - The alloy is useful in the field of metal material synthesis. ADVANTAGE - The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and toughness.
