▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Low carbon refractory material comprises 79-91 pts. wt. magnesium sand , 3-8 pts. carbon , 3-5 pts. bonding agent and 3-8 pts. magnesium borate crystal whisker, where the magnesium oxide content in the magnesium sand is more than 97 wt.%. USE - Used as the low-carbon refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The refractory material has excellent oxidation resistance and prolonged service life.The method involves addition of magnesium borate crystal whisker, which improves the oxidation resistance and prolongs the service life of refractory material, and has simple production process and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the refractory material.
