▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method of preparing graphene foam ceramic composite (GrF-CC), involves providing an open cell graphene foam, providing low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) slurry comprising LTCC powder, dispersant and solvent, infiltrating the graphene foam with the LTCC slurry to form a slurry infiltrated graphene foam, removing the solvent from the slurry infiltrated graphene foam with solidification of a ceramic-graphene foam green body, and sintering the ceramic-graphene foam green body to form the product, where the open cell graphene foam is surrounded by and infiltrated with a sintered low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) matrix, the graphene foam comprises intra-connected scaffold within at least a portion of the LTCC matrix, and the GrF-CC being at least 90% dense. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene foam ceramic composite as improved ceramic packaging material, and for medical implant or sensor, and aggressive environments such as satellite communication system, automobile control system, and aerospace control system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene foam ceramic composite has high electrical conductivity by graphene foam intrinsic properties, and has excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties.
