▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Paint comprises 40-60 pts. wt. emulsion matrix, 10-20 pts. wt. water, 5-10 pts. wt. pigment, 1-5 pts. wt. mineral fiber, 6-10 pts. wt. antibacterial filler, 0.2-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 2-3 pts. wt. wetting agent and 2-3 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent. USE - The paint is useful as art paint (claimed), interior wall of building, door vestibule, vestibules, television background wall, toilet and kitchen. ADVANTAGE - The paint: is aqueous; and has excellent film-forming properties, environmental stability and antibacterial function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing paint, comprising (i) mixing graphene solution and silver nitrate with ultrasonic-assisted stirring for 5-9 hours to obtain graphene-supported silver ion mixture, where the concentration of graphene is 1.4-7.5 g/l, and the concentration of silver ions in silver ion solution is 500-3000 ppm, (ii) stirring and mixing graphene-loaded silver ion mixture, four-needle zinc oxide, and vinyl triethoxysilane, sieving and drying to obtain modified antibacterial filler, where the mass fraction of graphene is 4-7%, the mass fraction of silver ions is 0.5-0.7%, and the mass fraction of four-needle zinc oxide is 3-8.5%, the mass fraction of vinyltriethoxysilane is 0.2-0.65%, the stirring temperature is 25-40℃, the stirring speed is 180-550 revolutions/minutes, and the stirring time is 8-15 minutes, (iii) measuring 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-7 pts. wt. talc, 1-3 pts. wt. superfine calcium stearate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. colored sand, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. quartz sand, 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. mineral fiber and water with mixer, stirring at 25-40℃, stirring at speed of 180-550 revolutions/minutes for 8-15 minutes, (iv) mixing mixture with specific amount of emulsion base, water, dispersant, defoamer, wetting agent, and film-forming aid, and uniformly stirring, to obtain final product, where the stirring temperature is 30-50℃, the stirring speed is 900-1500 revolutions/minutes, and the stirring time is 10-18 minutes.
