▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low-oxidation-degree graphite oxide is dispersed in a solvent containing aromatic alcohol, to obtain a low-oxidation-degree graphene oxide dispersion. Solvent-thermal reduction of the dispersion is carried out to obtain high-electroconductivity graphene. The molar ratio of oxygen and carbon in low-oxidation-degree graphene oxide is lower than 1:2. The low-oxidation-degree graphene oxide does not have any characteristic diffraction peak in an X-ray diffraction pattern. USE - Preparation of high-electroconductivity graphene for battery materials, energy storage materials, electronic devices, electroconductive/thermoconductive materials, electromagnetic shielding materials, and antistatic materials. ADVANTAGE - The method enables high-speed, efficient and nontoxic preparation of high-electroconductivity graphene.
