▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation and application of a histone acetyltransferase electrochemical sensor based on copper(II) to copper(II) mechanism involves proposing a copper(II) to copper(II) mechanism based on fast scanning cyclic voltammetry, using the conjugation of adenine structure on CoA and graphene two-dimensional material (GO) to make electrochemical substrates, based on the combination of CoA (containing 1 sulfhydryl group) and copper(II), and realizing the detection of CoA biosmall molecules through the continuous voltage signal output of copper(II), in which since CoA is the product of HAT p300 catalyzed reaction, the sensing method can be used to indirectly detect HAT p300 activity and the screening of small molecule inhibitors, thereby avoiding the influence of biological macromolecules on the background signal. USE - Preparation and application of histone acetyltransferase electrochemical sensor for detecting activity of HAT p300, e.g. fluorescence, electrochemical luminescence, or electrochemical applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides histone acetyl transferase electrochemical sensor by simple operation with high sensitivity, good specificity, fast detection speed and low cost.
