The nanoporous hollow fiber carrier membrane is provided with a modified hydrophilic surface layer chemically bonding a carrier membrane with a selective layer. The fiber diameter of the carrier membrane is 200-2000 mu m, the pore diameter of the nanoporous carrier membrane is 10-200 nm, and the nanoribbon content in the selective layer is 1-50%.
