▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing method of food packaging material comprises preparing substrate film, applying coating composition to at least part of the base film, and drying coating composition at 18-35 degrees C for 1-8 hours to form an adsorption coating layer to prepare packaging material for food packaging, where the coating composition includes 100 pts. wt. water, 8-20 pts. wt. polymer resin mixture, 5-15 pts. wt. porous powder, 2-7 pts. wt. hectorite compound, PLA resin, acrylic resin, and water as solvent uniformly, and 1-5 pts. wt. additive i.e. surfactant added to mix, the porous powder includes zeolite, diatomaceous earth, and bentonite having particle size of 10-100 mu m, the porous powder is graphene powder having particle size of 20-50 nm is adsorbed in the pores. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing method of food packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material: maintains the freshness of food for a long time by absorbing ethylene gas generated from food; increases the antibacterial properties; has mechanical strength; and maintains shape during storage and transportation.
