NOVELTY - The device has a stirring cylinder (6) whose two ends are connected with a top cover (4) and a bottom plate (12). The top cover is connected with multiple feeding pipes (1). The bottom plate is connected to a discharging port (13) with a stop valve. A central axis of the bottom cover is provided with a main shaft (18) extending to the stirring cylinder. A bottom end of the main shaft is connected on the bottom plate through a main support base (14). A main shaft connecting rod (11) is connected with a stirring blade (9). An end of the stirring blade is fixed with a circulating cylinder (7) perpendicular to the top cover. The circulating cylinder is distributed with multiple distribution holes along circumferential direction. USE - High-efficient graphene additive mixing device for three-dimensional (3D) printing application. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize efficient dispersion and mixing of composite printing material represented by graphene and polymer material so as to improve preparation efficiency of 3D printing material. The device allows the stirring blade and the structure of the circulating cylinder to be set on the stirring blades, which is helpful for graphene to effectively and fully distribute in high molecular material solution.
