▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a graphene film (220) and first type first arrangement of quantum dots that are located in contact with graphene film as first monolayer. Second type of second arrangement of quantum dots is located in contact with graphene film as second monolayer. An input voltage source is connected to an end of the graphene film, and output voltage probe (260) connected to the graphene film between the first arrangement of quantum dots and second arrangement of quantum dots. First type of quantum dots is different from second type of quantum dots with regard to band-gap energy. USE - Photodetector device such as transparent photodetector device and narrow-bandwidth photodetector device for mobile device such as telephone handset, tablet, computer and camera. ADVANTAGE - The use of filters is less than optimally efficient with regard to usage of the surface area of the device. Graphene film is interconnects by defining all graphene device in order to minimize cost and to enhance mechanical flexibility to comply with future deformable devices. Overall current modulation under light is reduced when interconnects exhibit comparable resistance. Number of phototransistors in the array is increased to improve the resolution of the spectral analysis. The serial arrangement geometry allows for desirable performance when the analysis of the spectral data is relying on machine learning algorithms to classify different ambient-light patterns for contextualization purposes.
