NOVELTY - A composite filter membrane comprises a biocompatible hydrophilic layer, a porous support layer, an analytical substance filter layer, a bioactive functional layer and a graphene derivative layer, where the composite filter membrane is supported on the electrode surface of biosensor. USE - Composite filter membrane for biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The composite filter membrane has prolonged service life, improved load rate of enzyme, biological compatibility, reduced electrode leaking toxic substance interference of biological active functional layer, and increased mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing composite filter membrane.
