NOVELTY - Resin composition comprises water channel insertion part on the upper surface, a rotating packing fastening part on lower surface of water channel inserting part, a packing fixing piece on the lower surface of rotating packing fastening part and packing fixing piece in the power tap connection connector in which the hose insertion part is integrally formed on the lower surface. The power connector connector is injection-molded by the improved mixed molding composition. The improved mixed molding composition is a main resin raw material is mixture of polyphenylsulfite (PPS), polyphthalamide (PPA), glass fiber (GF), zinc stearate, antioxidants, and lubricants. The auxiliary mineral raw material is graphene component mixture of hygerion, bentonite, illite, fumed silica. The main resin raw material and the auxiliary mineral raw material are mixed in mixing ratio of 8:2-9:1 to form a material. USE - The composition is useful for manufacturing and molding tap connector (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is improve the hydrophobicity by the components and manufacturing characteristics of the improved mixed molding composition, improving mechanical properties and chemical resistance, and enabling the tap connector to be used cleanly and hygienically for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing resin composition for molding tap connector comprising (i) preparaing from raw materials molding of 30-40 wt.% polyphenylsulfite (PPS), 30-40 wt.% polyphthalamide (PPA) and 20-30 wt.% glass fiber (GF), 0.2-0.4 wt.% zinc stearate as a compatibilizer, and 0.1-0.3 wt.% of antioxidant as an additive and further added 0.1-0.3 wt.% lubricant and stirred by an industrial mixer, (ii) extruding the resin raw material stirred through the resin raw material mixing process (i) by a twin-screw extruder to form the main resin raw material 101 in the form of a pelnet, (iii) post-treating process of the resin raw material to remove the moisture and residual gas, (iv) mixing and stirring to form auxiliary mineral raw material of 15-25 wt.% hygerion powder processed into nanoparticles in an industrial mixer, 15-20 wt.% bentonite powder, 15-20 wt.% Illite powder, 20-30 wt.% fumed silica powder, and 15-25 wt.% graphene powder, (v) forming an improved mixed molding composition subjected to the post-treatment process (iii) of the resin raw material, and the auxiliary mineral raw material formed through the mineral raw material pre-treatment process (iv) are mixed in an industrial mixer at a mixing ratio of 8:2-9:1, (vi) molding the power connection connector by putting the improved mixed molding composition formed through the molding raw material composition process (v) into an injection molding machine and (vii) irradiating an electron beam on the inner diameter surface of the molded power connection connector using an electron beam crosslinking device.
