NOVELTY - Preparation of flame-retardant sealing rubber strip includes carrying out preliminary production of outer rubber strips by mixing different raw materials into master batch and with vulcanizing agent for initial vulcanization treatment; hot-melting, forming through extrusion die of extruder and cooling until outer rubber strip is formed; cutting with fixed length by cutting machine and squeezing strip-shaped expanded graphene into cutting mouth of rubber strip to form flame-retardant sealing rubber strip initially; and subjecting to second vulcanization treatment in drying box to mold. USE - The method is for preparation of flame-retardant sealing rubber strip. ADVANTAGE - The method includes adding antimony trioxide, inorganic hydroxide, and boehmite to outer rubber strip to obtain and realize good flame retardant effect. By extruding strip-shaped expanded graphene into outer rubber strip, in event of fire, the expanded graphene can effectively block heat conduction and pyrotechnic penetration, and reduce smoke leakage.
