NOVELTY - An organophosphorus pesticide detecting method involves coating graphene-chitosan-sulfur phosphorus compound on clean surface of glassy carbon electrode to obtain electrochemical sensor and preparing incubation solution. The electrochemical sensor is incubated into the incubation solution to establish a curve, followed by washing potassium ferricyanide solution in differential pulse volt-ampere scanning, recording response current, measuring the sample, scanning the electrochemical sensor for incubation and differential pulse voltammetry, and recording the response current. USE - Method for detecting organophosphorus pesticide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the organophosphorus pesticide with reduced detection time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An organophosphorus pesticide detecting method involves coating graphene-chitosan-sulfur phosphorus compound on clean surface of glassy carbon electrode to obtain electrochemical sensor and preparing incubation solution by adding hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide containing organic phosphorus pesticide and acetylcholine esterase of phosphoric acid buffer solution. The electrochemical sensor is incubated into the incubation solution to establish a curve, followed by washing potassium ferricyanide solution using phosphoric acid buffer solution in differential pulse volt-ampere scanning, recording response current in response to the current blank guide sample I0 with response including current standard sample of the organic phosphorus Ix and response current value of delta I is equal to Ix and difference value of I0, plotting the delta I and the concentration C of the organic phosphorus in the incubation solution as delta I-C working curve by linear regression method to obtain delta speed-C linear regression equation, measuring the sample to be tested with the concentration of acetylcholinesterase incubation solution, scanning the electrochemical sensor for incubation and differential pulse voltammetry, and recording the response current according to the increment delta I and delta speed-C of response current linear regression equation to obtain the content of corresponding organophosphorus pesticide.
