NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene polyurethane foam cotton, involves mixing an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer and an alkoxysilane in a mass ratio of 2:1-3.5:1, stir-reacting at 20-30 degrees C to obtain a liquid polyurethane prepolymer, adding a reducing agent, stirring, slowly adding graphene oxide solution in a mass ratio of 2:1-1:3, while stirring, reacting in a water bath at 0-10 degrees C to obtain a polyurethane foam cotton, soaking the product in a crosslinking agent solution for 1-5 hours, taking out, placing in an oven, introducing nitrogen gas, and reacting at 50-70 degrees C for 5-10 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene polyurethane foam cotton (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid increase in volume and uniform diffusion of graphene, without reaction of reducing agent, does not involves direct addition of graphene which leads to agglomeration, and provides graphene polyurethane foam cotton with uniform distribution of graphene and small size.
