NOVELTY - An antistatic polyamide 6 composite material with low volatile organic compounds comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyamide 6, 1-5 pts. wt. absorption master batch, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. lubricant and 16-24 pts. wt. graphene oxide. The absorption master batch comprises polypropylene and mica. USE - Antistatic polyamide 6 composite material with low volatile organic compounds. ADVANTAGE - The material prevents agglomeration of graphene, reduces volatile organic compounds value, and removes various volatile small molecule and organic compound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antistatic polyamide 6 composite material with low volatile organic compounds comprising mixing materials, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed material, and extruding and pelletizing.
