NOVELTY - High-strength conductive plastic material comprises 50-68 pts. wt. polystyrene, 10-24 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 4-10 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1.5-5 pts. wt. paraffin, 3-8 pts. wt. polycarbonate, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 5-18 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fibers, 6-12 pts. wt. silicone oil, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 4-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 15-24 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. filler and 5-14 pts. wt. vegetable oil. USE - Used as high-strength conductive plastic material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent economic benefit and social benefit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of high-strength conductive plastic material comprising (i) adding silicone resin, paraffin, graphene, aluminum silicate fiber, silicone oil and bamboo charcoal fiber into ball mill and adding ball beads, ball mill for 2.5-5 hours and over 200-300 mesh sieve to obtain mixture I, (ii) adding mixture I, polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride into a twin screw extruder at a screw speed of 120-180 revolutions per minute and temperature of 150-180 degrees C melt extrusion granulation, (iii) mixing the particles obtained in step (ii) with polycarbonate, antioxidant, silane coupling agent, filler and vegetable oil at 60-150 revolutions per minute, and (iv) pouring the material obtained in step (iii) into a twin screw extruder, extruding at 165-180 degrees C, extruding through the tank after the pull, cooling and cutting to obtain final product.
