NOVELTY - A high-toughness thermal expansion microsphere composite graphene fireproof aqueous coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. water, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 13-15 pts. wt. melamine, 15-20 pts. wt. flame-retardant thermal expansion microsphere, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-20 pts. wt. flame retardant, 10-20 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 18-36 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-20 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 20-25 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium oxide powder and 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The preparation method of the composite graphene fireproof aqueous coating comprises (S1) preparing graphene oxide and (S2) mixing raw materials for preparing graphene oxide to obtain the composite fireproof aqueous coating. USE - As high-toughness thermal expansion microsphere composite graphene fireproof aqueous coating.
