NOVELTY - Low temperature curing type composite conductive ink comprises 45-65 pts. wt. graphene composite filler, 6-12 pts. wt. organic binder, 2-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.3-1.0 pts. wt. defoamer, the graphene composite filler is utilized graphene prepared by modifying ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene. USE - Used as low temperature curing type composite conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the resistance of the conductive ink, beneficial for improving firmness of conductive circuit of the bonding substrates.
