NOVELTY - Polypropylene film, is claimed. The polypropylene film surface is a hydrophilic surface. The other surface is a hydrophobic surface or its hydrophilic surface is grafted with polar monomers. The polypropylene film contains polypropylene resin and does not contain initiator residues. USE - Used as polypropylene film. ADVANTAGE - The film: can covered on the water surface to reduce water evaporation and covering the sewage surface to prevent VOC evaporation in the sewage pool; and the method is simple and easy to industrialization; has simple production device . DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the polypropylene film comprising dissolving the polypropylene resin grafted by polarmonomer in the organic solvent and volatilizing the solvent; and (2) polypropylene film prepared by the above mentioned method
