NOVELTY - Nano-filler reinforcing fiber hybrid structure ballistic resistant composite material formed by paving a first prepreg and a second prepreg sequentially the first prepreg is nano filler modified fiber prepreg, the second prepreg is reinforcing fiber prepreg; the first prepreg is a weft-free cloth obtained by soaking the reinforcing fiber in the modified aqueous polyurethane by spreading, the second prepreg is a weft-free cloth obtained by soaking the reinforcing fiber in the aqueous polyurethane and winding to obtain the non-woven cloth. USE - The nano-filler reinforcing fiber hybrid structure ballistic resistant composite material is useful as a back plate in bullet-proof armor field. ADVANTAGE - The nano-filler reinforcing fiber hybrid structure ballistic resistant composite material has excellent bullet-proof property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing nano-filler reinforced fiber mixed structure ballistic resistant composite material comprising paving the first prepreg and the second prepreg, hot pressing, the temperature of the hot pressing process is 100-110C, the pressure is 5-30 MPa and the hot pressing time is 30-90 minutes.
