NOVELTY - Graphene spinning monofilament comprises 95-99.9 wt.% polyester, and 0.1-5 wt.% graphene additive. USE - Graphene spinning monofilament. ADVANTAGE - The graphene spinning monofilament has enhanced toughness, excellent tensile effect, more prominent use effect. The fabric woven by the graphene monofilament has a multiple use effects, and improved use effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene spinning monofilament, which involves: (a) mixing 0.1-5 wt.% graphene additive with polyester chips, extruding twin-screw granulation, pelletizing to obtain polyester graphene chips; (b) dehumidifying graphene polyester slices, drying at 160-170℃ for 4-6 hours to reduce the water content to below 30 parts per million, crystallizing; (c) setting melting temperature of the single-screw extruder at 270-275℃, setting the screw pressure at 13 megapascal, shearing, performing uniform plasticization; (d)metering melt, pumping to the spinning assembly, performing spinning preparation process, using the spinneret assembly to extrude the spinneret, setting cooling water tank to 60-70℃ hot water cooling; (d) stretching raw monofilament through one to 3 draws, 6 times and two stages of heat stretching, stretching third and fourth draw, shaping by more than 20%; (e) heat-setting monofilament, cooling, blowing to cool; and (f)passing uniformly through the oiling winder on the tanker for winding.
