▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A double-metal composite catalyst comprises carbon material carrier, and double-metal active component loaded on surface of carbon material carrier. The double-metal active component comprises palladium, platinum, silver, gold, ruthenium, iron, cobalt, nickel and/or copper. USE - The double-metal composite catalyst is used for preparing ketone-alcohol (KA) oil by hydrogenation of chlorophenol compound for battery system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst improves adsorption capacity of chlorophenol compound to accelerate chlorophenol compound dechlorination hydrogenation to form phenol compound, promotes the p-phenol compound further hydrogenation to generate KA oil, uses two metal synergism to improve selectivity and yield of KA oil, and uses carbon material as carrier which can improve dispersibility of double-metal active component in catalyst and bonding force of double-metal active component which is good for increasing catalytic activity and stability of double-metal composite catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of double-metal composite catalyst comprising mixing carbon material, nitric acid solution and hydrochloric acid solution, performing acid treatment to obtain acid-treated carbon material, mixing first water-soluble metal salt, second water-soluble metal salt and water to obtain mixed double-metal salt solution, where double metal ion in mixed double metal salt solution comprises palladium ion, platinum ion, silver ion, gold ion, ruthenium ion, iron ion, cobalt ion, nickel ion and/or copper ion, dipping acid-treated carbon material in mixed double-metal salt solution, drying to obtain catalyst precursor, and performing plasma activation to catalyst precursor; (2) a working electrode comprising base electrode, and modified layer coated on working surface of base electrode, where the modified layer is obtained by coating composition of double-metal composite catalyst with perfluorinated sulfonic acid type polymer solution and alcohol solvent; and (3) a battery system comprising platinum sheet as anode working electrode, working electrode as cathode working electrode, salt solution as anode liquid, and salt solution containing chlorophenol compound as cathode liquid.
