NOVELTY - An anti-aging cable material is made from 18-22 pts. wt. bisphenol A resin, 20-22 pts. wt. neoprene rubber, 12-14 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silica, 1-2 pts. wt. 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 2-2.6 pts. wt. N,N-diisopropyl-p-toluidine, 2-3 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde, 1-1.8 pt. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. microcrystalline paraffin, 1-1.8 pt. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 2-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 3-4 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Anti-aging cable material is used for connecting fire monitoring equipment. ADVANTAGE - The anti-aging cable material has excellent flame retardant performance, improves safety of the equipment, and is not easy to damage for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of anti-aging cable material, which involves mixing bisphenol A resin, high-density polyethylene, graphene and 1,2-dimethylimidazole at a high temperature in a mixer, placing obtained mixture in a high-pressure reactor, reacting, obtaining mixture (A), grinding chloroprene rubber into powder, adding basalt fiber, nano-silica, microcrystalline cellulose and deionized water, ultrasonically homogenizing in an ultrasonic oscillator, obtaining a homogenized liquid, freeze-drying the homogenized liquid, adding N,N-diisopropyl-p-toluidine, microcrystalline paraffin and glutaraldehyde, heating, stirring, obtaining mixture (B), mixing the mixture (A) and mixture (B), adding polytetrafluoroethylene, crosslinking agent and flame retardant, stirring, adding vulcanizing agent, mixing, heat-preserving, aging, and extrusion-molding resultant mixture.
