NOVELTY - A grapheme sample cleanliness evaluating method involves depositing titanium dioxide nanoparticles on the graphene sample by using fumigation of titanium tetrachloride, and achieving the evaluation of the cleanliness of the graphene sample to the deposition of the titanium dioxide nanoparticles. USE - Method for evaluating cleanliness of grapheme sample. ADVANTAGE - The method enables valuating cleanliness of grapheme sample with better beneficial effects, and in convenient, rapid and cost effective manner.
