NOVELTY - High-density polyethylene (HDPE) hexagonal corrugated pipe comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polyethylene (PE), 30-40 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 50-80 pts. wt. toluene, 6-18 pts. wt. amino modified silicone oil, 10-14 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. toughener, 30-50 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 2-4 pts. wt. nano zirconium oxide, 8-12 pts. wt. modified montmorillonite, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-0.9 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 4-8 pts. wt. flame retardant, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant USE - HDPE hexagonal corrugated pipe for use in instrument. Uses include but are not limited to pressure measuring instrument, pressure measuring device, pressure sensor and isolation element. ADVANTAGE - The hexagonal corrugated pipe has excellent oxidation resistance, heat resistance, flame retardance, strength and antistatic capability, and improved service life and mildew-proof property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the production of HDPE hexagonal corrugated pipe comprising: (S1) adding the PE, amino modified silicone oil, nano zirconium oxide and modified montmorillonite into the reaction kettle, mixing for 40- 60 minutes, then adding toluene, and controlling the temperature at 30℃ or less, stirring for 10 minutes at a rotating speed of 1200 revolutions/minute (r/min) to obtain the material A, (S2) adding the inorganic filler and polyethylene glycol terephthalate into the reaction kettle, high-speed dispersing by ultrasonication; where the ultrasonic frequency is 20-30 KHz, the dispersing speed is 4800-5200r/min, the dispersing time is 20 minutes to obtain the material B; (S3) adding the material A, material B and the remaining material, adding into the reaction kettle to mix, stirring for 30-60 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200-1800 r/min, the temperature is 100-120℃ to obtain the material C, and (S4) adding the material C into the extruder to extrude, and then processing by the corrugated pipe forming machine to obtain the formed corrugated pipe, cooling the formed corrugated pipe by spraying water tank, cutting into multiple HDPE hexagonal corrugated pipe.
