NOVELTY - Dental 3D printed antibacterial material comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% graphene zinc oxide nanorods, 0.5-1.5 wt.% gold nano-cluster, 2-30 wt.% macromolecular low migration resin, 15-70 wt.% low migration active monomer, 1-4 wt.% macromolecular low migration ultraviolet photoinitiator. USE - Used as dental 3D printed antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The 3D printed antibacterial material: has a continuous antibacterial ability for at least seven days; ensures that the gold ion concentration in the extract is 0.01 -0.09 ppm, and the hemolysis rate of the resin extract is less than 5%; can develops high-performance of dental 3D printed antibacterial materials; and utilizes gold nanocluster and graphene zinc oxide nanorods to give antibacterial function to dental 3D printing materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the dental 3D printed antibacterial material, comprising performing the 3D printing, setting and curing by using digital light processing (DLP)/stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing process.
