NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antibacterial reinforced plastic includes weighing raw materials; adding coupling agent and ethanol solution to reaction kettle, hydrolyzing, adding graphene powder and xylene, stirring, transferring mixture to drying box, heating and drying to obtain pre-dispersed graphene; adding paraffin oil, dendritic polyamidoamine, flame retardant and mixed resin particles to high-speed mixer, stirring, adding antistatic agent and pre-dispersed graphene, stirring, transferring mixture into oven, heating and vacuum drying, and adding to storage barrel for temporary storage; adding stored mixture into twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding, cooling extrudate, hot air drying, adding to pelletizer, pelletizing to obtain plastic masterbatch, and adding to storage box for temporary storage; and installing corresponding injection mold on the injection molding machine according to the production needs, injecting the plastic masterbatch, cooling, testing, and packaging. USE - The method is for preparation of graphene antibacterial reinforced plastic. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced plastic has improved corrosion resistance and thermoplasticity, increased service life, good antistatic and flame retardant functions, improved thermal conductivity, mechanical strength and antibacterial properties which makes breeding of bacteria during subsequent use difficult, and improved overall performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene antibacterial reinforced plastic comprises: (A) weighing raw materials comprising 10-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 100-120 pts. wt. mixed resin particles, 5-10 pts. wt. dendritic polyamidoamine, 3-6 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 5-9 pts. wt. flame retardant, 7-12 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 5-10 pts. wt. xylene and 50-60 pts. wt. ethanol solution; (B) adding coupling agent and ethanol solution to reaction kettle, hydrolyzing, adding graphene powder and xylene, stirring, transferring mixture to drying box, heating and drying to obtain pre-dispersed graphene; (C) adding paraffin oil, dendritic polyamidoamine, flame retardant and mixed resin particles to high-speed mixer, stirring, adding antistatic agent and pre-dispersed graphene, stirring, transferring mixture into oven, heating and vacuum drying, and adding to storage barrel for temporary storage; (D) adding stored mixture into twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding, cooling extrudate in cooling water tank, hot air drying, adding to pelletizer, pelletizing to obtain plastic masterbatch, and adding to storage box for temporary storage; and (E) installing corresponding injection mold on the injection molding machine according to the production needs, injecting the plastic masterbatch, cooling to obtain graphene antibacterial reinforced plastic, testing through performance testing equipment, and packaging using packaging equipment. The mixed resin particles comprise polyethylene particles and polypropylene particles at weight ratio of 1:1. The coupling agent is chromium complex coupling agent.
