▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The adhesive (4) i.e. heat conductive glue, is doped with graphene nano-sheets. The adhesive is provided for a communication terminal. The communication terminal is provided with a radiating device (3) comprising a heat radiating plate (6) jointed with a guide heat conducting plate (5) through the adhesive. A surface of the radiating plate is coated with graphene. A graphene layer is formed by chemical vapor deposition or liquid phase deposition on a surface layer of the radiating plate. The radiating plate is provided with a radiating structure. USE - Heat-conducting adhesive i.e. heat conductive glue, for a communication terminal (claimed) e.g. mobile phone and flat computer, for an aerospace rocket and a large aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive adopts graphene material as dopant in the heat conductive glue, thus improving heat conduction efficiency of the adhesive, improving heat transfer effect between each component of a heat dissipation device, and hence improving heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation device.
