NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene, involves (a) dispersing carbon source directly to phosphoric acid aqueous solution, or uniformly dispersing carbon source in deionized water, adding phosphoric acid aqueous solution and uniformly mixing, and (b) performing heat treatment at 200-550 degrees C for 5-90 minutes, performing solid-liquid separation and drying to obtain graphene, where the carbon source in step (a) comprises mixture of graphene oxide and/or graphite oxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high-volume specific capacitance, excellent wettability and rate performance, high bulk density, is stable in cycle, and ensures 1.1-1.7 g/cm3 bulk density and 170-500 F/cm3 volume specific capacitance.
