NOVELTY - Preparing high temperatureaminatedgraphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange composite membrane comprises e.g. preparing aminolatedgraphene oxide by carrying out ethanol dispersion of graphene oxide, carrying out ultrasonic mixing of triethylenetetramine, adding N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, carrying out ultrasonic treatment with stirring, carrying out reflux reaction, carrying out reaction after ultrasonic treatment,washing filter cake under vacuum, drying, preparing high temperature amination graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange membrane. USE - The method is useful for preparing high temperature aminated graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange composite membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The proton exchange composite membrane has good mechanicalstability and heat resistance property, good proton conductivity than pure sulfonatedpolybenzimidazole. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high temperature aminated graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange composite membrane comprises (i) preparing aminolated graphene oxide by carrying out ethanol dispersion of graphene oxide, carrying out ultrasonic mixing of triethylenetetramine, adding N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, carrying out reaction with stirring, carrying out reflux reaction, carrying out reaction after ultrasonic treatment, filtering, washing filter cake under vacuum, drying; (ii) preparing high temperature amination graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange membrane by uniformly mixing step (i) prepared obtained aminated graphene oxide, polyphosphoric acid,and phosphorus pentoxide thoroughly with stirring, adding 3,3-diaminobenzidine, 4,4-dicarboxydiphenyl ether, 5-sulfoisophthalic acid, uniformly stirring, pouring the product into deionized water, soaking resulting brown filamentous product in sodium carbonate solution, washing with deionized water to neutral pH, drying, dissolving the resulting product in an organic solvent, to obtain amino graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole solution, forming the film on glass plate using knife coating method, drying resulting membrane, soaking resulting membrane in acidic solution, removing out, washing with deionized water to neutral pH, drying, to obtain aminated graphene oxide-sulfonated polybenzimidazole proton exchange composite membrane.
