▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The structure has shell (1) formed with an opening (11) for passing gas, where a surface of a ceramic substrate (2) is attached with formaldehyde decomposition catalyst. A copper metal plate (3) is vertically connected with the ceramic substrate to form a grid-shaped filtering structure. Multiple conductive heads are connected with two ends of the copper metal plate. A first conductive sheet (5) is fixedly connected with a first end of the copper metal plate. A second conductive sheet (6) is connected with a second end of the copper metal plate and connected with a power supply electric signal end, where a material of hydrophobic conductive coating comprises graphene, carbon black, aqueous polyurethane, de-ionized water, the formaldehyde decomposition catalyst comprises metal oxide and noble metal and the metal oxide is selected from aluminum oxide, nickel oxide, manganese dioxide, ferric oxide and the noble metal is selected from platinum, gold, rhodium or palladium. USE - Filter structure for use in an air purifying device for filtering particulate matter gas e.g. particulates matter and formaldehyde in air. ADVANTAGE - The structure can form a bias electric field under the power-on state to absorb particulate matter and improve the activity of the formaldehyde decomposition catalyst on the ceramic substrate and formaldehyde removing effect. The filter structure saves use cost. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an exploded perspective view of a filter structure.
