▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-microsphere targeted synergistic drug system is prepared by modifying graphene oxide quantum dot with short peptide sensitive to matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) and encapsulating minocycline. USE - The nano-microsphere targeted synergistic drug system is useful in preparation of a product for treating choroidal neovascularization disease, and in preparation of a drug delivery carrier including minocycline. The choroidal neovascularization disease is age-related macular degeneration, pathological myopia, eye trauma, uveitis or idiopathic choroidal neovascularization (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-microsphere targeted synergistic drug system delivers minocycline to focus of fundus through intravitreal injection, releases minocycline and graphene quantum dots in response to focus of MMP9, inhibits CNV by inhibiting 'inflammation-MMP9-angiogenesis', and avoids problem of repeated injection of anti-VEGF drugs in current clinical application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a nano-microsphere targeted synergistic drug system involves (a) preparing C18PG by forming amphiphilic polymer C18PG by chemically bonding C18P with graphene oxide quantum dots GOQDs, and (b) preparing C18PGM by wrapping hydrophilic minocycline (MC) in amphiphilic polymer C18PG by emulsion method;
