▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite involves grafting silane coupling agent gamma -glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane onto surface of graphene oxide to obtain modified graphene oxide, adding amine antioxidant and stirring to obtain antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide. Pieces of epoxidized natural rubber are dissolved in tetrahydrofuran solution to obtain epoxidized natural rubber solution. The antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed in tetrahydrofuran solution to obtain antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide suspension that is mixed with epoxidized natural rubber solution, and after evaporating solvent, mixture is vacuum dried to remove residual solvent to obtain mixed rubber that is placed in a two-roll mill. Auxiliary agent is added for mixing to obtain rubber compound of epoxidized natural rubber composite material that is subjected to vulcanization to obtain epoxidized natural rubber nano composite material filled with antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare epoxidized natural rubber nanocomposite that has significantly improved oxidative aging resistant property. The crosslinking density of the material and the stability of antioxidant-grafted graphene oxide in the matrix are improved, which contributes to the improvement of the thermal oxidation resistance of the material.
